We create as many opportunities as possible for employees to meet and build community. We offer monthly team bonding activities, allowing team members to assemble on a different level than at work. In addition to these gatherings, in 2021 Crossflow employees established Crossflow Cares , a non-profit corporation with the mission to provide financial support to local non-profit organizations. Crossflow provided an initial contribution at the inception of Crossflow Cares. Crossflow Cares is funded by employees of Crossflow Technologies, Inc. through payroll deductions or direct contributions.
