Crossflow is deeply committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work, through ongoing sponsorships, charitable donations, and meaningful partnerships with local organizations. We believe in being an active force for good, and our employees take great pride in sharing their time, talents, and resources with initiatives that create lasting impact. In 2021, as an extension of this commitment, Crossflow established Crossflow Cares an employee-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers team members to give back through automatic payroll deductions, hands-on volunteer opportunities, and community engagement. Fueled by employee generosity and company support, Crossflow Cares proudly awards annual grants to local nonprofits, helping strengthen the vital programs and services that enrich the lives of those in our community.
